Not all home warranties are the same! After finding out the hard way, I started using Health for Your Home for my clients. Tim has always been super quick at responding to me with all my Home Warranty questions. My client purchased a home in the cold winter and the AC was not able to be turned on to be fully evaluation due to the extreme cold. Once spring hit and the AC turned on it was blowing hot air. My client called Health for Your Home and they had a HVAC tech out in 2 days to evaluate and repair the AC. My client was so happy and thankful that we got Health for Your Home!
